Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Hair by Eimaan. By paying a booking fee, confirming a booking, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Your Date

Your wedding or event date is only secured once a booking fee has been received and written confirmation has been provided by Hair by Eimaan.

Dates cannot be held without payment of the booking fee.

All quotations are personalised and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking Fee & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all wedding and event bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding or event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

3. Bridal Consultations & Trials

Trials are optional but highly recommended for bridal bookings.

Trial appointments take place at the Hair by Eimaan studio in the SL2 area unless otherwise agreed.

Trials are charged separately unless specifically included within a package.

The purpose of the trial is to discuss your vision, wedding attire, accessories, hair goals and styling preferences to create a look that feels authentically you.

Additional trials can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

4. Bridal Packages

The Bridal Experience

The Bridal Experience includes:

• Bridal hair consultation

• Wedding morning hairstyling

• Veil application and/or dupatta draping if required

• A calm and organised presence throughout the morning

• On-location service where agreed

• A small gift from Hair by Eimaan

Additional Bridal Services

Additional services may be booked alongside your bridal package, including:

• Mehndi and pre-wedding event styling

• Civil ceremony bridal styling

• Engagement styling

• Bridal party styling

• Additional event touch-ups

These services are quoted separately and are subject to availability.

The Day to Night Bride

This package includes:

• Two bespoke bridal hairstyles

• Personalised consultation for both looks

• A second styling session for the evening transformation

• On-the-day support and touch-ups during the style change

Additional waiting time between looks may incur additional charges if not agreed at the time of booking.

5. Bridal Party & Guest Hair

Bridal party services include styling for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, mothers of the groom and other guests.

Mobile bridal party bookings are available for groups of three or more.

Single guest bookings are carried out at the Hair by Eimaan studio in the SL2 area.

Each individual should arrive with clean, dry hair unless advised otherwise.

Hair by Eimaan cannot be responsible for delays caused by members of the bridal party arriving late or unprepared.

6. Travel & Location Fees

Travel charges may apply for all mobile bookings and are calculated based on location, travel time and parking requirements.

Any parking charges, congestion charges, toll fees or venue access fees incurred will be added to the final invoice where applicable.

Travel fees will be confirmed within your personalised quotation.

7. Rentable Hair Extensions

Hair extension rental is available to clients who have booked Hair by Eimaan for their event.

A rental fee of £40 applies unless otherwise stated.

A refundable deposit is required before collection or use.

Deposits will be refunded once extensions have been returned in their original condition.

Hair by Eimaan reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit in cases of loss, damage or excessive wear.

8. Changes to Your Booking

Any changes to booking details, timings, locations or the number of people requiring styling should be communicated as soon as possible.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed.

Additional services requested after booking may be subject to additional charges and availability.

Reducing services after confirmation may not reduce the overall booking cost where time has already been reserved.

9. Cancellations & Postponements

Client Cancellations

The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date, the full remaining balance may still be payable.

Date Changes

Requests to move a booking are subject to availability.

If Hair by Eimaan is unavailable on the new requested date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the booking fee will remain non-refundable.

Cancellation by Hair by Eimaan

In the unlikely event that Hair by Eimaan is unable to fulfil the booking due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every reasonable effort will be made to recommend an alternative stylist.

Any monies paid for services not yet provided will be refunded.

Liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client.

10. Hair Preparation

To achieve the best possible results, all clients must arrive with clean, completely dry hair unless advised otherwise.

Hair that is excessively oily, wet or not prepared according to instructions may affect the final style and its longevity.

Hair by Eimaan cannot guarantee results where preparation guidance has not been followed.

11. Allergies & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing Hair by Eimaan of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions or medical concerns that may affect hairstyling services.

Hair by Eimaan accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

12. Photography & Marketing

Hair by Eimaan may photograph or film hairstyles during trials, weddings or events for portfolio, website and social media purposes.

Images will always be used respectfully and professionally.

If you would prefer not to have images shared, please notify Hair by Eimaan in writing before your appointment.

13. Force Majeure

Hair by Eimaan shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, illness, emergencies or venue-related issues.

14. Limitation of Liability

Hair by Eimaan will provide services with reasonable care and skill at all times.

Liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client.

Hair by Eimaan shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Acceptance

By paying a booking fee, confirming a booking or receiving services from Hair by Eimaan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
